Our security approach

Tax and financial records are highly sensitive. FourAxis uses layered administrative and technical measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse and disclosure. Security is an ongoing process, and no online service can promise zero risk.

Portal protections

• Client files require a Client ID and private access code.
• Administrative and staff access is separated by role and work responsibility.
• Access recovery and important staff actions are recorded to support accountability.
• Sensitive documents are handled through the secure upload workflow instead of ordinary email or chat.
• The portal uses secure web connections and limits accepted upload types and file sizes.

How clients can help

• Use a unique access code and do not share it in group messages, email or live chat.
• Open the portal by typing portal.fouraxisfinancial.com or using a trusted FourAxis link.
• Sign out of shared devices and keep your browser, phone and computer updated.
• Review filenames and the selected document category before uploading.
• Contact FourAxis promptly if an access code, device or email account may be compromised.

What we will not request in chat

FourAxis will not ask you to send your portal access code, banking password or full SIN through live chat. If anyone asks for those details in chat or an unexpected message, stop and contact us through the published portal or email address.

Report a security concern

If you notice unexpected portal activity, a suspicious message or a document sent to the wrong place, contact fouraxisfinancial@gmail.com as soon as possible. Do not include sensitive tax details in the email; provide only enough information for us to identify and respond to the concern.
